We understand that circumstances can change after placing an order. Please review our cancellation policy below.
Cancelling Your Order
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for delivery. Once your order has been handed to our courier for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled and our standard Refund Policy will apply instead.
How to Cancel
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@oaat-group.co.za or +27 76 110 6818 with your order number. We will confirm whether your order can still be cancelled based on its dispatch status.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment.
Orders Already Dispatched
If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, please refer to our Refund Policy for information on returning the item once received.
